I already have been using lots of WEB 2.0 tools for example Del.icio.us, Craiglist, Google Docs, Google Maps, PB WIKI, Flickr, Picasa Yahoo Answers, Zillow and You Tube. I liked all of these tools. Zillow.com is the one I recently discovered in the process of buying a new house. It is a very good real estate website where you can check all different sorts of information regarding a house and you donot have to create an account. Yes I do see the use of these applications for helping customers at the library. Librarians have been using Google map for so long to help customers finding their ways. Google Doc is another good one which customers can use and they donot have to go through attaching their documents in their email and there is no worry about time expiring on our interent computers. Bloglines is another very good and convenient way of keeping up with you favourite blogs.
